The Fisher Agency is founded on the idea of true partnership, where everyone brings an equity-based ownership mentality to our work, in turn keeping focus on collaboration and achieving our clients' long-term goals. In 2015, I sold my shares in my previous company, and negotiated to take over key clients as part of my new venture. I then founded the Fisher Agency, where my responsibilities include leading the daily operations and overall design and creative direction of the agency, ensuring consistency of quality and adherence to brand guidelines and creative objectives. Additionally, I establish new client relationships and strategic direction, which has growth the business and expanded the footprint in the past four years into the international market and servicing clients in Norway, Switzerland, Italy, Canada and Mozambique. Among our many clients, we currently work with three United Nations agencies including IFAD, UNICEF, WSSCC/UNOPS and WHO.My responsibilities also include management of the creative team and spearheading the recruitment process of the creative team and support staff, managing the onboarding process and training of organizational processes and procedures. The Fisher Agency was formed from our established team track record and a desire to focus our strategic communications and policy work on our existing and new clients both in South Africa and internationally. We’re proud of our ability to attract and retain the best possible talent in order to build client’s brands and businesses.

In 2006, my two partners and I bought Blackmoon Advertising (previously Triple CCC Advertising) from the original owner. Within five years we quadrupled the turnover, to ZAR40 million per annum. Apart from leading the overall operations and technical functions of the company, I managed the intricate GEMS (Government Employees Medical Scheme) valued at ZAR20 million per year for six years), and serviced their network of thirteen service providers, which included some of the biggest corporate companies in South Africa like EOH, Metropolitan Health and Medscheme. My additional responsibilities included financial management, new and current client liaison, design and project management, studio management, sourcing and servicing new clients.
