I am an experienced consultant, coach and business leader, and have worked with many of the world’s leading organisations including Astra Zeneca, Barclays Capital, Endress+Hauser, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, the NHS, Oracle, RBS, Roche, Schering Plough, Tesco, Royal Mail, and Siemens.More recently I have developed a strong presence in the virtual classroom world using Zoom, Teams and Webex. I have helped many of my clients move traditional face-to-face, classroom leadership programmes, to highly engaging online versions. I also help other facilitators get set up or started in the online world and very much enjoy working as a co-host or producer to assist a lead facilitator.My last major corporate role was as Vice President and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs - Human Capital Management (HCM) division. During my tenure I created and delivered numerous global change and learning initiatives. As part of the prestigious Goldman Sachs "Pine Street" top talent development team and working under the leadership of ex-GE leadership guru Steve Kerr ), I designed, created and delivered with my team, the pioneering in-house leadership development programme at Goldman Sachs. As well as extensive, international and blue-chip experience as a coach, I hold CIPD certification and am accredited by the KornFerry Group in their Emotional & Social Competence Inventory (ESCI). In addition to being an accredited coach in Zenger and Folkman’s “Extraordinary Leader” 360 instrument, I have a very unique string to my bow…I trained as an opera singer and have performed in many prestigious venues across Europe, and as a result can bring a whole new dimension to the area of communication and presentation based on my years of voice training.
