I am an aspiring Computer Hardware Engineer. I am passionate about technology and how it affects the fast paced world we live in. Since a young age I’ve always been fascinated by hardware companies, and how different design trends and features tend to develop and their utilization in various systems. I enjoy reading different tech articles about the companies releasing consumer technology and comparing each one from specifications, features, all the way down to subtle design choices. This passion is what drives me to want to acquire a job in this field.I have been coding for now 4 years in different languages such as Java, C++, Arduino, and have a basic understanding of machine code. I am also currently teaching myself Swift and Python. I was also a boy scout for seven years where I had learned valuable communication and leadership skills that I still utilize today. Along with that, I am also currently a collegiate athlete. In my time as a Statesmen, I have been a 3 years varsity letterman. From this experience I had learned valuable time management skills that have allowed me to work, continue to play a sport I love, and manage academics in a competitive collegiate environment. In my additional time, I’ve worked various jobs ranging from a dental assistant, food busser, and assistant cook, to setting up large scale concerts and public events. From these experiences, I am excellent at working in a team, collaborating, and communicating.
