Directed a program of projects in a business/functional area ensuring integration, project planning and execution, process compliance and prioritization of programs in alignment with the business strategy. During my time at TBCT I have successfully guided four internal products to FDA approval and released for sale as well as delivering a CE marked pharmaceutical solution. I had managed a large automation project to increase the capacity of the factory by 40%, while ensuring the product targeted for automation had the proper regulatory filings and design file updates to ensure a seamless transition to the automated process. Currently I am managing the technical transfer of 5 products from our customers manufacturing site to ours; ensuring that all manufacturing changes are fully assessed, technical issues mitigated, and timeline agreed with the customer prior to execution.• Develop project plans and schedules with input from a cross functional groups, product engineers, design quality engineering and regulatory affairs• Evaluates and manages the inter-relationship between projects, how they impact each other regarding priority, schedule, and resources to balance the requirements of the projects and goals of the business/functional area.• Report project status on a bi-weekly to senior management to confirm alignment with Global priorities and impact to factory and corporate revenue.• Ensures compliance with project management policies and guidelines for the overall project portfolio.• Ensure product development work adhere to the requirements of the FDA, Health Canada, and the European Union.

Provide support and coordination on financial forecasting and reporting to improve the Transmission Dept. financial discipline and cash flow to allow for a more accurate and accountable capital budget.Maintain the estimate data base within the Hyperion program and provide analysis and reporting.Assist in coordinating the creation of the annual Capital Budget create process with Power System Planning, Maintenance, Transmission Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, System Metering and Financial Planning departments.Track and provide reporting related to the Capital Budget and Capital Project cost data.Assist Project Management and other groups in accurately creating project accounting during initial project set up.Coordinate Capital Project close-outs to ensure Property Record Retirement Units are identified correctly and provided to Accounting in a timely manner.Provide training to others on financial software programs, Asset Suite, Hyperion, OBIEE and other essential tools.

Create all capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets; combined approximate value $20-40 million per year for vehicle and equipment purchases for 40+ entities in the Kinder Morgan family. Monitor project spend and report monthly forecasts on all vehicle related budgets, adjust spending profile of CAPEX’s based on vendor reports and history of vendors performance. Lead a project to develop, design, test and implement a custom cost allocation application for company wide use; while working closely with vendors, stakeholders, and end users to ensure the projects requirements are met; with the end goal of saving the company 2-3% on a $2 million monthly spend. o Map the process in a living document from beginning to implementation to continual use for all stakeholders; IT support, departmental administration, and end user.o Identify and understand previous processes and tools, incorporate previous features that were required while reengineering them to work more efficiently. o Worked closely with IT to develop the look and feel of the application to certify it fit within the company philosophy. o Actively tested the application for bugs in both individual and group sessions to identify strengths and weaknesses. o Develop training curriculum for the project; lead WebEx training sessions for 200-300 attendees, create video tutorials and user guides for the project. Act as the lead buyer for the fleet department; process approximately 100-900 purchases reviewing requisition, creating PO, processing invoices and closing the PO. Preparation of proposed department budget to VP of procurement; design and building custom excel reports to track department budget and report monthly variances. Use GAAP to process monthly Journal Entries and Month–End Accruals to help correct any erroneous charges to the department budget and help predict company cash flow. Prepare and present Quarterly Business Review to directors and VPs of procurement and administration.

Report satellite program funding levels for multiple programs ranging in value from $100,000-$500,000,000; set-up spending profiles, track contract changes and their effect on contract cost/funding on a weekly and monthly basis. Help project engineers create and distribute quarterly budgets for contracted work, incorporate new scope and audit existing budget to plan for potential risk. Actively participate in proposal creation; from initial information request through price negotiations; use cost estimating tools including excel and SQL database queries to provide accurate and competitive bids. Work independently on other proposals including cost overruns and added scope. Track program status using the industry standard earned value management system to maintain a work breakdown system, milestone set up, budget and schedule changes, work authorizations and task developments while reporting to customers, engineer leads and program managers. Identify potential subcontract cost overruns and work with vendors to develop a corrective action plan. Lead engineers and program managers in monthly and quarterly forecasting efforts to ensure that the programs profit targets are met and that programs funding is enough to cover termination contract clauses in case of program termination due to customer budget changes. Deliver weekly and monthly reports to project teams; compile variance reports for status meetings with program managers, engineer teams and customers.Ad hoc financial reporting using pivot tables for engineering, program management, financial planning and analysis groups.
