• Website was recognized by national medical organizations and consulting groups as one of the leading on-line resources in anesthesia and pain management practice management.
• Awarded competitive business loan from national bank upon presentation of business plan and projected P&L.
• Conceived marketing plan, directed all strategic planning, developed referral network and built operational infrastructure including a support staff of 10 employees.

• Anesthesia practice in Long Island, New York comprised of 25 anesthetists and support staff of 18 people including nurses and administrative personnel.
• Oversaw all operations and financial management of private anesthesia practice generating over $11 million in revenue, operating several facilities.
• Revamped organizational structure, initiated performance appraisal system and employee incentive programs resulting in a 27% increase in revenue.
• Launched new office-based anesthesia practice generating $400,000 profit in first two years.
