Monitoring latest Nickel Rate as it’s related to buying price before negotiate the price with any Suppliers.Ability to supply chain and logistic: arranging oversea / local shipment, preparing documents related to shipment such as Invoice, Delivery Order, Bill Of Lading, handling local trucking insurance, etc.Contacted suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.Inventory controller: daily update latest stock level and cost to Finance department for more accurate on our stock holding cost.Support sales team for indoor sales inquiry, quotation, invoicing and follow up outstanding order. Communicate with account department on billing and payment matters.Keep accurate files, and maintain them, review purchasing files, reports and price lists.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Prepares, analyzes, and negotiates with vendors’ efficient delivery of parts. Processes manual purchase requisitions, purchase order adjustments for short lead-time parts and strategy booking for new parts. Develops and assists with implementation of processes for efficiency improvements; provides customer service and departmental support. Analyzes, identifies, and communicates information regarding purchasing and sourcing transactions, compile with other sub-groups and submit report to boss. Monitor production forecast especially long lead-time parts. Make sure can support by vendors. Source alternative parts if vendors fail to support.Weekly checking with vendors on production advancement.Source replacement parts when receiving parts rejected.Quarterly request cost down from vendors.Monthly costing for high volume models base on Japan HQ targets.Inputs vendor data into system; develops reports to track vendors.Perform other duties as assigned.
