Mr. Gantz is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and the Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Program Manager at Bay Environmental. Responsibilities include oversight of 120+ open LUST cases with the VA DEQ as well as supervision of the staff involved from field technician to the project management level.
