I am a Consulting Partner at EY with 23 years’ experience advising clients on supply chain, customer service, operating model design and global business services, mainly in the Chemicals and Consumer Products sectors. I currently hold three positions:1) Business Consulting leader in Poland (300 people)2) Supply Chain & Operations leader in the CESA region (150 people in 7 countries)3) Account leader in EMEIA for a major global chemical company, a client I have served for more than 10 years Prior to EY I worked for Xerox and Accenture. I lived in London for 10 years, spent 4 years in New York and have lived in Warsaw, Poland since 2015. Since moving to Poland I founded the Supply Chain Consulting team and later the Global Business Services team and expanded it to over 150 people. I have led the Business Consulting team since becoming a Partner in 2017 and have grown it to over 300 people. I also spent three years as “People Partner”, responsible for HR (over 1000 people) at the leadership level.
