Signal Observer Coach Trainer in Operations Group Sierra, Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). Responsible for providing mission command training to Sustainment Command (Expeditionary and Theater) commanders and staffs. Develops, prepares, and facilitates doctrinally based Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) and Knowledge Management (KM)workshops for Mission Command Training academics. Analyzes staff performance and procedures within doctrinal frameworks, throughout the planning, preparation and execution of tactical plans conducted during a variety of culminating training event exercises. Establishes and maintains relationships with sustainment units and functional proponents throughout the Army to enable continuous exchange of doctrine; tactics, techniques, and procedures; trends; lessons learned; and best practices.

Battalion Executive Officer for a forward deployed Theater Signal Battalion providing operational and strategic communications to USCENTCOM and subordinate Joint, Combined, and Coalition forces. Directs and supervises the planning, coordination, and integration of logistical, personnel administration, and maintenance operations required to sustain communications systems in support of U.S. and Coalition Warfighters engaged in OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM. Supervises a Battalion Staff of Department of the Army Civilians, primary staff Officers and contractors in support of five strategically dispersed signal companies composed of 350 Soldiers, 8 Department of the Army Civilians and 300 contractors. Manages personnel and facility contracts valued at roughly a billion dollars through coordination, implementation and comprehensive contract oversight in order to ensure an exponential return on investment across Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain. Provides sound guidance to the Battalion Command Team to ensure there are no failures in the operational mission requirements.
