Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience working in external, internal, regulatory and compliance audits as well as a range of financial and non-financial reviews. He has significant experience in numerous client engagements, working extensively with financial institutions within the Banking & Capital Markets, Funds Management and Superannuation space and across Australia, North America and the UK. He joined the PwC Financial Services team in Melbourne in June 2008 whilst completing a Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Accounting and Finance majors) at the University of Melbourne.He undertook a short term secondment to the PwC New York Banking & Capital Markets team in early 2014 and was involved in the audit of Interest Rate Products, Foreign Exchange, Emerging Markets and Derivatives.He joined the PwC UK Banking and Capital Markets (B&CM) Assurance team in London on secondment from 2015-2018. He was extensively involved in a first year audit of a leading Retail banking audit client, primarily focusing on the Corporate & Commercial Banking and Investment Banking area and leading the Sarbanes Oxley (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting) approach.
