Jonathan Gerow started in the Corporate Audio Visual industry with American AVC over 16 years ago. He rose through the ranks quickly, starting as a driver, then to technician, and eventually finding his home as a Project Manager while still assisting with graphics and training and several areas of audio visual.Changing circumstances led Jon to move in a new direction which allowed him to leverage his extensive knowledge of the Audio Visual Industry by becoming a regional account executive for one of the industry's largest rental companies, VER. Building upon VER’s base clients in the Phoenix market, Jon was able to form new relationships and assist these clients by showing them the endless possibilities for their productions with new innovations in equipment. Also, going out and finding new clients who could benefit from the company’s extensive inventory of equipment and worldwide location of warehouses. Jonathan works best in a collaborative atmosphere and is also able to influence without direct authority. Risk management and thinking on his feet to achieve a successful and profitable outcome are some of Jonathan’s best qualities. Jonathan has a few simple philosophies that he lives by.
