• Writing Guidelines RAMS, Safety Case and Risk Management for Project managers/ Contractors and ISR employees - guidelines based on the European standards (EN50126, EN05129, SMS);• Responsible for determining the safety of rail targets (CST) using the quantification and calculation of national reference values (NRV) coordinated with the Ministry of Transport.• Guiding divisional project managers and consultants on Safety risk management issues at Israel Railways.• Risk Analysis Manager: o Responsible for the analysis of the safety risks Israel Railways; o Responsible for determining risk events, risk identification and determination of the causes of risk; o Responsible for the risk assessment process - brainstorming, statistics and risk prioritization plan established in accordance with the risk matrix; o Preparation of event trees (ETA), a number of events for the purpose of validating evaluation performed; o Determining risk mitigation plan and transmission to Risk Owners; o Control and Supervision of Operational Safety Risks of Israel Railways.• Development of a practical tool (SAP) for managing safety risks of the Israel Railways;

Development of a new Voice Encryption Algorithm. Developing the encryption algorithm we used Masking Effect - which a part of the frequency sound aren't heared - to encrypt the information.In the research we used the DCT Transform and Critical Frequency Bands in order to hide the message.Development of algorithms, Quality Tests and Simulations were performed using Matlab WorkStation.
