Ok! It's not my life story, but it gives you and idea about me.I'm a creative and hardworking professional who likes to be involved in using the latest technologies and techniques to achieve and fitting solutions of quality to my and the company's problems. The latest years I'm leading the RAMS and Safety Regulation "revolution" within Israel Railways. I'm involved in granting and mainly receiving PTO to the main projects of Israel Railways. To mention one especially - the FTTJ line which includes major changes to all the company - large tunnels and bridges, E&M systems, Electrification, ISA assessors and more. Moreover as RAMS manager I'm in charge of defining the Minimum Operation Conditions, MOC, to all the critical systems on the line in order to facilitate operation and only closing the line when is really necessary.I manage a team of engineers in the field of Risk Management - building the Risk Register and all the risk analysis methodology to the company. During the analysis phase we performed Risk analysis in different methods - qualitative (workshops, brainstorms) and quantitative (ETA). All of this required professional skills and ability to drive people that are not under my authority. In addition, as part of the "RAMS revolution" I guide all the sectors in the RAMS process - Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety. The goal of a railway system is to achieve a defined level of rail traffic in a given time, safely. RAMS describes the confidence with which the system can guarantee the achievement of this goal providing data on failure rates of the system, possible failure modes, maintenance operations, hazards and their consequences, etc.. When working with me you can expect integrity, hard working and a focus on results. Most important good vibes! :)Specialties: RAMS process, European Railway Regulation, CSM, CST, Safety Case, Risk Analysis, Event Tree Analysis, TSI, ISA, PTO process.Project Management;Public Relations;Team work
