Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Infrastructure and Assets, serve as the Director of Design & Construction at SmartLabs, leading a team of consultants, contractors, and internal professionals for the development, design, and construction of projects on the East Coast.

Responsible for managing and directing Lazare's multifamily luxury residential and commercial markets, as well as playing a key role as a member of the company's leadership team. In addition to managing the day-to-day construction team in the planning and execution of two historic brownstones on Commonwealth Ave., also responsible for evaluating potential development opportunities with parent company leadership in order to identify, evaluate and execute real estate investment deals.

Project Management ConsultantResponsible for supporting the implementation and execution of the Cambridge Campus Consolidation Plan. Projects include the full gut renovation of a historically significant building in downtown Cambridge as well as office and lab fit outs in order to achieve higher campus utilization. Successfully managed the site selection, construction, and prepared facility for 100% operationally readiness within a foreign trade zone designated area.• As the lead account manager provided successful implementation and ongoing management of client’s containment and subsea technology equipment ensuring response readiness in the event of a well control incident within the Gulf of Mexico.• Built a track record of successful project execution resulting in the client initiating a five year service agreement for company to be the sole-source provider for maintenance & engineering service projects related to oil spill response equipment. • Oversaw the mobilization, deployment, and service support of company’s BOP Intervention System (tertiary means of well control) designed for client’s 2015 Arctic Exploratory Drilling Campaign. Project involved the management of thousands of components being shipped to various locations along the West Coast, assembled and integrated into vendor equipment.• Successfully led the full project life cycle from kickoff to closeout of over sixty contracts in current position. Each project often having a unique scope with varying contractual terms & conditions.
