Primary tasks: B2B sales of print ads, online ads and special products: webinars and e-magazines. My sole purpose at The Engineer was new business development. I started with no clients, and had to build up my portefolio from scratch. In my time at The Engineer, i closed accounts such as PWC, BMW and Degiro(dutch online stock-broker) to name few. Daily tasks included:- Cold calling and pitching for new business - Booking meetings With clients if needed- Handling request from clients regarding advertising.- Talking/negotiating with advertising agencies about current or possible clients.- Keeping track of my own clients advertising campaigns, trying to ensure their Kpi's are being meet.

Training of new telemarketing sales people for the Btc market.Responsibel for the sale teams performance and to coach them in the right direction. The training included Disk analysis, how to create a relation and closing techniques. The typical product sold was everything from magasines to grooming products.
