Jonathan provides change management and lean improvement consultancy services to improve value for money & efficiency of clients and their supply chains. Jonathan has an MSc in Construction Innovation and helps clients focus on developing their processes to deliver service and cost improvement. Jonathan has lectured in innovation, open book estimating and tendering processes, modern methods of construction and is a project supervisor for Warwick University. Working in the public and private sector Jonathan has extensive experience in facilities, estates and construction management working with clients including NHS Trusts and Alliance Boots.
