24 years of retail experience from the ground up. 10 years in direct and indirect retail sales and 14 years of retail management. During that time I've gained extensive background and knowledge of retail operations, administration, sales, and human resources. This experience came from both small franchise stores, to regional retail attached to a national parent company, to large scale big box retail. Largest being a location that did 52 million dollars of annual sales.I spent time being trained in the Situation Leadership Model by Ken Blanchard and Paul Hershey. Focused on the Dale Carnegie's methods in sales. I continue to strive in learning new methods of leadership and refining the ones I already know.In my time working retail I have worked alongside headlines industries making crossover potential viable. Construction project management field. I managed a team that sold, acquired and packaged material for project sites. I can personally specialize in flooring and plumbing but know most General Contractors needs.My last availabile skills is what I Graduated College for. I have a multimedia background. During school I created soundscapes for the play 'One Flew over the Cuckoo' Nest. I created spots, stabs, tags, and IDs for the college radio station. I was program manager for WQKE and music director for WARP. I am also able to engineer, edit, and rebroadcast any event that needs to be recorded.Beyond radio and sound I am also able to create dynamic websites. The latest one was the revamp of Seton Catholic in Plattsburgh NY. Being alumni I wanted my highschool to have a clean look and professional online appearance. It was their site from 2019-2021. The school saw the potential of it's new online presence that it created a marketing and multimedia position. I am looking to grow my career as I continue to learn my craft. I enjoy being a multiple site manager but I am always willing to learn new trades.
