I obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University, followed by a Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta. I provide consultant Physical Therapy services at Calgary Core Physical Therapy, a pre-eminent client in downtown Calgary. Providing a positive client experience is my primary objective. Special attention is placed on providing a thorough history, assessment, clinical impression, and finally a client centred and goal oriented treatment plan. Collaborative application of evidence based, corrective exercise programming, biomechanics, manual therapy, dry needling, and other modalities are used to optimize client outcomes. I have had the good fortune of working alongside internationally respected educators in the evidence based management of hip and spinal pathology. As a result, I have a special interest in hip and spine pathologies in any demographic. I am happy to consult on any injury, but do have a special interest in hip and shoulder-related pathology.
