My primary duties include daily triage of customer returns, entering triage results into Trackwise, and reporting triage results to management. Additional duties include training new technicians, supervising temporary staff, and performing boil testing of new materials and audit of existing materials. I am a member of the Sensory Team, which meets each week to evaluate new beverages and attempts to detect off-notes that may be caused by new materials or processes.
