The team has three core areas of expertise;Single Asset - the valuation of high value flats and houses in London and the South East, mainly for loan security, tax and expert witness.Development - we provide valuation advice on residential-led mixed use schemes from 10 units up to 5,000 unit regeneration schemes nationally across England.Built to Rent & Co-Living - we advise funds, lenders and investors on Build to Rent transactions, both in the context of forward fund / commit due diligence advice and development finance loan security. We are also at the forefront of advisory on the burgeoning co-living market.
