As a Manager of Provider Relations, and Network Development, I am responsible for the overall network health of my region. This includes partnering with the Sales & Service team, implementing network strategy to grow and maintain EyeMed’s network, and responsibility for building and maintaining positive provider relationships. I work on executing strategies and appropriate reporting to close network gaps, maximize provider retention, increase provider satisfaction and ensure compliance with state legislation within the geography are key areas of focus.Throughout my career, I have leaned on my ability to use communication, relationship building, and my leadership skills to achieve company goals, build and lead teams, and craft positive working environments. I have led teams in both large and small environments. I have consistently exceeded the goals set forth by myself, and my companies.
