• Create weekly and monthly thorough “NAV Packages” for the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer. This process includes striking a weekly or monthly “NAV” price to avoid selling our common stock for a price lower than the net asset value of our fund, preparing a balance sheet, income statement, schedule of investments, distribution coverage analysis, related party analysis, portfolio performance analysis and credit stats, a robust expense and accrual analysis, and analytical analysis/documentation.• Account for and manage daily trading and trade settlements of our debt investments which include senior secured debt, unsecured debt, including corporate bonds, collateralized securities and structured products.• Manage and direct operations, and custodian personnel along the settlement process of our investments; process includes but is not limited to calculating outgoing and incoming wires to match funding memos and closing documents, and posting required cash collateral for our derivative instruments.• Create and provide a daily liquidity analysis. This spreadsheet displays incoming and outgoing cash payments, projected trading activity, leverage and equity raise information, and credit facility borrowings amounts. • Create portfolio reports and finance and accounting department operations agendas for weekly meetings. • Create and provide the Chief Financial officer and other directors with a financial model that strategizes future portfolio performance and results assuming certain assumptions. Also frequently discuss with our team about copious amounts of portfolio metrics to increase our operating performance for shareholder returns. • Prepare documentation for our auditors and discuss with our team about internal controls and processes to ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance. • Responsible for our comprehensive financial reporting process- Compose and file quarterly and annual reports (10Q and 10K) to the SEC.
