As the Chairman of Global Business Solutions, I’m proud to lead an organization at the forefront of South Africa’s labour law and regulatory landscape. With over 30 years in this field, my journey has taken me from negotiating at plant and industry levels to representing business interests in high-stakes discussions at NEDLAC. I am currently the Labour Market Convenor and serve as a Commissioner on the National Minimum Wage Commission, where I aim to create a labour environment rooted in fairness and equity.My role as a trusted advisor has allowed me to work with C-suite executives, HR practitioners, and government officials, guiding them through complex regulatory challenges. From employment equity and wage negotiations to business development and turnaround strategies, my goal is always to provide practical, strategic insights that empower organisations and individuals alike. I’ve been honoured to share these insights across key media platforms such as ENCA and SABC News, where I discuss legislative shifts and how they impact our workplaces.In addition to my advisory and consulting work, I’m deeply invested in South Africa’s economic transformation. As a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors South Africa, I hold qualifications that include an MBA (Cum Laude) and an LLB, bringing both depth and strategy to every initiative I lead. I’m passionate about mentorship and share my knowledge as a lecturer, author, and public speaker, aiming to inspire business excellence and sustainable growth.Beyond Global Business Solutions, I invest in and own multiple businesses, ensuring that the practical advice we offer is tested and proven across sectors.
