I am an attorney and serial entrepreneur with a 30+ year track record of success. I was one of the first employees of a company that would eventually go public as Interliant (ticker symbol: INIT). I was also the founder and President of Urban Technology Group, Inc., a Philadelphia-based technology services company and the fastest growing services company in Philadelphia from 2000-2002 according to the Phila. Business Journal. In 2002, I was awarded the Phila. Business Journal's 40 Under 40 award as one of the most influential Philadelphians under the age of 40. From 2002 to 2004, I served as an Adjunct Professor in Temple University's Fox School of Business teaching entrepreneurship and computer science to both undergraduates and M.B.A. candidates. From 2006-2013, I was part of the management team at Pangea3, the most successful company in the legal process outsourcing field. In August, 2012, I purchased the assets of Schulmerich Carillons, Inc. of Sellersville, PA (now Schulmerich Bells of Green Lane, PA - www.schulmerichbells.com) - the world's leading manufacturer of musical handbells and electronic carillons. In March 2014, I sold the company's carillon business to its largest competitor, the I.T. Verdin Company of Cincinnati, OH. In November 2014, I sold the company's long time 9+ acre headquarters to WB Homes, a suburban developer who built 54 townhomes on the site in 2015. We then relocated Schulmerich to Hatfield, PA. In October, 2015, I purchased the assets of Charleston, SC based marine heater company, The Boat Safe, Inc. (www.theboatsafe.com). The company was relocated to Hatfield, PA. In July, 2019, I led the buyout of Xensor Corporation, a leading manufacturer of industrial sensors. The newly former Xensor, LLC (www.xensor.com) was relocated to Hatfield, PA in November, 2019. In March, 2024, I sold the assets of Xensor, LLC to Sentech, Inc. of Willow Grove, PA. In 2021, I added two more companies to our portfolio, Empire Ventilation, LLC (www.empirevent.com) and Cook Technologies, LLC (www.cooktechnologies.com). As of September, 2024, we have consolidated all operations for all of our businesses on Cook’s campus in Green Lane, PA, which we continue to develop as a manufacturing hub in NW Montgomery County, PA.
