Report to Operations Manager – Garrison Support Services responsible for; • Full integration of product range and suppliers into new food management software, Jamix.• Ensuring full recipe range is tested and implemented according to strict Australian Navy dietary requirements.• Responsible for reviewing and advising on existing procurement procedures at site level. • Validation, review and proposals as part of a tailored procurement model for special sites.• Planning and undertaking regular review meetings with software provider and key stakeholders to ensure client system needs are met.• Analysis of existing supply chain and providing business case and system implementation model. • Full analysis and testing of Jamix interface into existing SAP invoicing software.Task profile metrics: 8 suppliers, 300+ recipes, 6 Sites, 11 supply points.

Direct report to Head of Supply and Logistics responsible for;• Accountable for all forecasting of beverage sales, product usage and wastage on a range of events including home and away games, champions league fixtures and concerts for 60,000 plus patrons with as many as three events in a week.• Manage logistics team and labour costs with over £5 million worth of stock delivered and distributed through department in any given season.• Formulation of annual budgets and beverage season plans to meet COG targets.• Manage stock control and purchasing to comply with forecasting volumes.• Formulation, distribution, review and negotiation of contracts for beverage services.• Order, manage and report on over £2 million pounds of stock over any given football season.Achievements• Implementation of new contractor for soft beverage in extremely limited time frame without negative HSSE, service or cost impact.• Identification and saving of £200k p.a. of avoidable spend associated with poor beer service practices. • Led the implementation of Risk Assessment programme stadium wide.
