As an ex-estate agent, moving to Empty Property Hunters has been a refreshing change. I now work within the Property Acquisitions Team, where I focus on connecting with owners of empty or neglected properties to explore their options.What I enjoy most about this role is the unique approach we take. With the support of our in-house tracing and research team, we’re able to identify properties with potential and start meaningful conversations with owners. We also collaborate with members of the public and local authorities, which adds a real sense of purpose to what we do.It’s rewarding to see how our work helps bring life back to properties that might otherwise stay unused, while offering practical solutions to property owners.
