I thrive in fast-paced situations that require a balance of objectivity and the ability to persuade, big picture thinking and attention to detail, creativity and commercial strategy.In my current role as EY’s Global Director of Immigration Knowledge, I design and oversee complex global initiatives involving data, technology and communications; I deliver strategic advisory services that benefit EY clients and people in over 100 countries; and I lead high-performing teams across multiple technical competency areas and geographies worldwide. I enjoy delivering complex ideas and solutions succinctly, in an accessible and culturally sensitive way, to global audiences with diverse preferences and priorities.
