- Using clearly defined objectives, thoroughly and meticulously research online to find relevant data, analyze the data and make factual conclusions that are logically sound.- Compose reports with speed while creating writeups that are in easy to understand business English to help senior business managers in decision making.- Continuously monitor wide variety of developments in a specific industry or market segment to track key developments, systematically gather, categorize and store the information.- Monitor the developments in assigned industries and periodically create executive summaries / newsletters for executive review.

- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications- monitor and maintain computer systems and networks- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults- Replace parts as required- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system- Support the roll-out of new applications
