Current• Lead North-American integration team, managing capacity, prioritizing work efforts and drive towards successful implementations across products.• Support the Sales team to ensure Ethoca can highlight the maximum benefit of its products, throughcustomer demos or proof of value product tests, converting leads into successful sales• Build strong relationships with prospects while empowering them as a product expert, ensuring ourcustomers have an exceptional experience throughout the pre-sale process and beyond• Understand customer business needs and workflows, using this knowledge to position Ethoca products and design solutions• Collaborate and consult with Ethoca’s customer and internal business & delivery teams to manage customer experience during early-stage Sales development leveraging our STAR philosophy, transitioning customers to our award-winning integration team for onboarding• Acquire a deep, technical understanding of Ethoca products and data, using this knowledge to act assubject matter expert for customers• Represent Ethoca in the market, attending and presenting at conferences and webinars, and supporting the creation of best practice documentation including industry knowledge and product use• Act as a key SME for preparing commercial proposals, RFP responses and key high-touch integrations for existing and/or potential customers that reflect our ability to meet customer business and technical requirements• Liaise with the Product team to bring customer facing perspectives and share feedback from the market• Participate in special assignments & strategic initiatives to support our business growth and to make us better – this can include project management oversight and/or functional expertise in task forces, new product launches and business transformations along with other duties as assigned
