The reputation I had built over my previous assignments led to my career functional leadership team hand picking me for the prestigious opportunity to be an instructor for all new members to the 3F3 (Manpower) community. I instruct the 3F3 apprentice course which is required for anyone, active duty or civil service who wishes to hold a 3F3 Manpower position in the Air Force. The course is 8 weeks long and teaches basic knowledge and skills in all areas of 3F3 competencies to include the following: Organization structure, Requirements Determination, Program Allocation and Control, and Performance Management.

Barksdale Afb

Here I primarily performed manpower requirements studies as a team lead. These studies include many phases and take place over the course of 9 months and guide congressional spending decisions for DoD manpower. Tasks I performed while leading study teams include baseline analysis, leading site visit teams, process identification and definition, workload measurement, data collection and analysis, leading workshops, documenting standard work procedures, developing requirements determination models, manpower table development, authoring study reports, and briefing to earn buy-in from study partners and Air Force leaders. During this assignment I performed 5 studies and many consultations in support of Air Force Global Strike Command while supervising other analysts.

Randolph Afb

This was my first job with my second Air Force special duty code (AFSC) where I performed manpower requirements studies as an analyst (see duty descriptions above). During this assignment I performed multiple studies in support of the USAF Civil Engineering functional area and supervised another analyst.

Minot Afb

Here I performed tasks and duties in accordance with my first AFSC, Materiel Management, as a supervisor which included managing the repair and return process, site number bin management, warehouse management, asset acquisition, and much more. I was recognized for outstanding performance during this time by General Anthony J. Cotton for the development of an entirely new program which provided unprecedented supply data to Group Commanders for operational decision making.

Misawa, Japan

This was my first assignment in the Air Force where I performed duties in accordance with my AFSC as a Material Management Technician (see duty descriptions above). During this time, I was recognized as “Logistics Airman of the Year, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Agency” for my relentless work ethic and unmatched productivity.
