I coordinated the design and delivery of a "High Risk, High Value" (HRHV) enhancement to the control framework of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).• I produced and maintained all standard project documentation (project plan, risk and issue logs, responsibility assignment matrix, progress reports, budgets and resourcing etc) and ensured the project continued to run on time and to budget; • I redefined governance strategies, assisted with the identification and evaluation of use cases, and conducted user acceptance testing (UAT) for the new control process;• I provided communications and training (via video conferences) to over 2,000 software component managers and functional IT risk managers; and• I conducted daily interactions with multiple teams across a variety of time zones: software developers; solution architects; risk and regulation specialist; software component managers, as well as presented regular progress updates to senior management (Executive Directors and Managing Directors).

I worked as a Business Analyst in a project team tasked with successfully executing the surrender of a banking license that had become surplus to requirement. After conducting deep-dive analysis into data to be migrated, I identified issues with the client’s records management. This led to the creation of a system enhancement proposal that was subsequently implemented.
