I cover technological developments in broadcast, media and gaming for Ofcom, and take particular interest in television transmission technology and cloud based production and distribution.Committed and resourceful, I am a recent physics graduate with a wealth of experience in a variety of roles, from VIP protection to accounting. My degree was in applied physics with a dissertation on the numerous alternative theories of quantum mechanics. Throughout my time at university I engaged with numerous extracurricular groups including the lacrosse team and physics society, both of which I held committee roles on. In my final year I became president of the physics society, an incredibly rewarding role which allowed me to share my passion with students who may not have had the opportunity to experience physics outside of the classroom. After graduating I worked in a customer service environment before returning to my university to join the funding team, supporting students who need it most. I have since left that role and joined UK regulator Ofcom. I commit a considerable amount of time to volunteer work with the Scouts Association, where I am a group leader.
