Flight Mechanic on Boeing 737 NG's.Boeing 737 NG Gen Fam Complete.Travel with planes to provide any needed maintenance.VIP Charter and Government Charter.Assist with loading and unloading of aircraft. Perform inspections as needed up to 1200 hrs.Assist in setting up new FBO locations.

-Repair and maintain Airbus H225 Super Puma Helicopters, General and Heavy Maintenance.-Assist in Maintenance of Falcon 900EX, Airbus H125, and Bell 412.-Factory Trained from Safran for Makila 2A1 Engines, Level 1 and 2.-Assist in Engine Maintenance. -100-1200 Hr. Inspections -Module Swaps -Component Swaps -Boroscope inspections-Trained in Engine Removal/Install-Trained in Main Gearbox/Rotor Removal/Install-Ground Run and Track and Balance-Training in Component painting, and Plastic welding.

-Create and assemble logs for customer engine and modules. -Records receiving inspections for RR250, RR300, Honeywell APU’s-Complete in-process inspections for modules and engines during build up and test prep.-Review all documentation for correct and applicable status. (i.e. 8130’s, Repair tags, test documents, Log Cards)-Process Final Inspections for engines and modules returning to customers.-In process audits of Mechanics and work accomplished. -Log Book research (AD’s, SB’s, CEB’s, Times and Cycles, etc.)-Creation of 8130 documentation for Engine Piece parts. -Authorized to sign for Return to service.-Discrepancy investigation team. 5 Why and Root Cause Analysis process. -Inspector for RR250, backup Inspector for PW100, PW200-Process PT6A engines as they come in for overhaul or repair. Full receiving inspection and documentation of engines as received from customers. -Qualified in Disassembly. Full or partial tear down for either repair or overhaul. -Qualified in PT6 Detailed Parts Inspection. -Have training in cleaning, NDT, and FPI-Trained in Pratt Jet accessory handling and electrical component bench testing (JT15D/PW500 harness, speed sensors, T1/T5 harness, etc.)-Trained in Turbine, Compressor, and Gearbox module disassembly.-Trained and Qualified in full engine disassembly for RR250 and RR300. -Trained and Qualified RR250 Detailed Parts Inspection (Receiving, Full engine, modular, and Hourly Inspections. SB, CEB, and AD Research)-Trained in RR250 Turbine assembly. -Trained in flowing and Shot-Peen adjusting Nozzles.-Trained in RR250 Anti-Ice and Bleed Valve repair, assembly and testing.-Qualified Senior technician in Stacking and Preservation for RR250 series II and IV, and RR300. -Qualified as a Trainer for Stacking and Preservation. -Oversee a crew of 4 employees in Stacking and Preservation-Act as interim lead of Stack and Preservation when Lead is absent.
