Onboard and deliver training to all new hires in Client Care, including coordination ofall technology, scheduling, and associated documentation• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prepare recursive or remedial trainingmaterials and targeted coaching aids (including canned responses)• Working together with stakeholders, identify and prepare the training anddevelopment stages for advancement within the Client Care career path framework(develop “bench strength”)• Develop and maintain process documents for all training and development tasks andresponsbilities• Identify, design, and implement scalable learning programs and initiatives to ensurethe continued development of Client Care staff• Liaise with P&C – specifically the Learning Manager – to ensure content and culturealignment within prepared materials

Assisting patients with their daily rehabilitation tasks, reporting feedback and adjustments to the team of physicians and psychologists, administering employment drug and alcohol testing as well as assessing physical capability of workers for the oil and gas industry

administering safe and effective rehabilitation programs in collaboration with the base physician, physiotherapists and other medical professionals as well as administering physical fitness evaluations for the military and the RCMP

instructing fitness classes, delivering individual and group fitness programs and administering fitness evaluations of apparently healthy Military personnel.
