I deliver training and consultancy based solutions that reduce the risk to employees whilst at work and at home. Mental Health: I am a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor, delivering mental health awareness training courses, work shops and preventative policies across the work place in order to increase performance/productivity and reduce mental health related issues within the work place.Health and Safety: I am an IOSH Technical Member and approved NEBOSH Instructor. I deliver NEBOSH Health and Safety courses, carry out work place inspections to ensure organisations are legally compliant and consult on Health and safety related issues.Trauma Risk Management (TRiM): I was the senior member of the Army's Trauma Risk Branch for 3 years. I now deliver TRiM training to organisations across the UK to enable them to manage traumatic events and reduce the impact these events may have on individuals and the organisation as a whole. This training is proven to reduce mental health related disorders such as PTSD, Adjustment Disorder, Depression and Anxiety.
