DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Worked as a Rebar scheduler / Team Leader - • Preparing reinforcing steel cutting list & Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from structural and architectural drawings for Australian-based projects MS Excel, Autocad and Arma plus - ARC software. • Preparing estimates, bar schedules, detailing diameters, & shapes of bars for production and other reinforcing accessories products.• Provides clear mark-up drawings for the scheduled bars showing proper layout of reinforcing bars.• Communicate professionally with the project manager, scheduling supervisor, productions, costumers & clients regarding the project status and delivery program.• Identify if there are discrepancies between architectural & structural drawings, raising RFI’s and seek clarification from costumers or site contact. Accurately schedule to keep the project running smoothly.• Checking the scheduling job of the team based on the approved plans and details to achieve quality of work.• Thoroughly reviews and inspects all plans provided by the customer. Maintain good communication with customers and assist with queries. Delivers every reinforcing steel schedules ahead of time and in quality output.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Overseeing proper implementation of civil & architectural works on the construction of projects. • Site visit and inspection and ensure that all execution on site are based on approved plans. • Quantity estimates of the required materials on sites.• Coordinate with the personnel and staff on site for the status of the project.• Coordinate with the various government agencies related to, securing liscences and other permits needed to the requirement of the project completion.• Preparing day to day basis activities and schedules of workers at the project site.• Evaluate and inspect the sub contractors accomplishment works for weekly billing application.
