Computers are a lifelong passion and from a young age, I have assistedothers with understanding a range of technologies and their role within modern workplaces.We Are Your IT started from a small cottage in North Yorkshire, supporting different businesses withinmy local area. 25 years later, our team has grown to provide IT services and solutions for customersacross Yorkshire, from device repairs all the way up to complex WiFi structures for the tourism andhospitality industry.As both a team player and a team leader, I excel in bridging the gap between customers and technicalexperts. Managing expectations is crucial to me, ensuring that reality aligns with the promises made, soour clients are never left disappointed. My expertise lies in identifying and remedying vulnerabilities,technical problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer experiences.Recognising that many small businesses don't require a full-time Technical Director, I am also able tooffer my expertise to fill that void. I collaborate with management and leadership teams to providestrategic guidance, assist with decision-making, and help budget for future IT costs and operations.I attribute much of my success to the exceptional team that surrounds me.
