I have over 35 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry working positions as Vice President of Construction, Program Manager, Project Manager, Field Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent. I have designed and drafted architectural plans for projects large and small. I can read plans, grades, perform take offs & develop RFQ, RFI, RFP, proposals and estimates. I have the skills, knowledge, and dedication to complete projects from conception to completion. I have developed strategic structural solutions that provided cost savings for custom builds. I have developed non-buildable land through variances, rezoning, or building IAW new FEMA regulations. I have designed/built residential, and commercial in FL, MD, VA, DC. I have managed the build of small office buildings, commercial build outs, town homes, custom homes, large estates., and large commercial facilities. have played critical roles in the development of large residential communities. I will always strive to exceed the expectations and have the same attention to detail regardless of the size or cost of the project.Work ethics have allowed me to receive multiple awards for customer service, and production from multiple companies. Customer service, and communication skills allow me the opportunity to conduct meetings with high level government officials, VIPs, and have understanding of the clients needs when working on multi-million-dollar projects.Utilizing Army background, I gained induction into GOV contracting. Army certifications, education and work ethic awarded the opportunity to be transferred in to COMSEC and work a Physical Security PM position as Gov Contractor. Working under orders of the Secretary of Defense, and Utilizing DCID 702 & 6-9, UFC, SFO, I played a large role in assisting in the design/build of 700,000sqft BRAC Tennant build out. Performances awarded high level security positions in the life cycle sustainment of Gov Facilities. In summary, I offer a work ethic I feel is very rare. I have strong beliefs that if you are not learning something new every day, you are not living. The communication skills, knowledge, training, experience, and work ethic I offer will play a key part in broadening of a company's business strategy.
