About Jonathan Grindstaff

My name is Jonathan Grindstaff and I am the Operations Lead at FedEx. In this position, I am responsible for managing the day to day operations at my station. I am responsible for payroll for over 100 employees as well as maintaining the daily schedule. I am also the Defensive Driving Instructor at FedEx Express. A job where I train new hires in the 5 Keys of Defensive Driving. I train employees in a class room setting as well as behind the wheel. I’m also the stations Local Environmental Coordinator, a position in which I am responsible for the auditing and maintaining the stations environmental monitoring.
