I am the Director of Mechanical Circulatory Support and Director of Research for the Advanced Heart Failure Group at the University of Chicago. My research and academic focus is rooted in better understanding the role that hemodynamics and cardiac energetics play in identifying patients in need of advanced therapies and tailoring their care based on their patient-specific physiological needs. To this end, PAC Dynamic was born, a company aimed at putting the patient back at the center of heart failure therapies.PAC Dynamic (www.pacdynamic.com)Born out of a passion for physiology and hemodynamics, we believe that every patient is entitled to timely treatments to match their unique physiological needs.
