Responsible for 450 staff in the largest Technoserve operation in Africa and one of the largest globally, worth $8M/year of multi-year programs spanning coffee, horticulture, and private sector/job creation.

Responsible for Visa Europe's Partnerships business, structured in 3 teams- Visa's "Digital Partner" clients: top global technology platforms, including mobile wallets (Apple, Google, Samsung), eCommerce (PayPal, Facebook), Global Merchants (Amazon, Alibaba, Microsoft, Klarna, AfterPay), and Enablers (Stripe, Square, Checkout)- Visa's Fintech clients: identifying the most innovative issuing, acquiring, new flows and value-added services opportunities with Fintechs in Europe; supporting in-market sales teams and developing new frameworks and processes to meet the needs of Fintechs- Visa's 3rd party Issuer Processor Partners: working with global and local issuer processors to identify opportunities for new Visa issuance and value-added services

Responsible for business planning, reporting and targets, facilitating the Continental Europe leadership team meetings; for the delivery of the Managing Director's top 4 strategic projects; for approving all Continental European client incentive agreements on behalf of the Managing Director; for tracking and driving the sales pipeline and all sales training for the 100+ sales team; the contracting of all client agreements; for the delivery of Visa's Value-in-Kind strategy in Europe and for the creation of a European deal team to win the largest European client deals and raise the standard of sales responses for all deals. Manages a team of 30 plus another 9 dotted-line reports.

Responsible for the design and sale of reloadable prepaid products for American Express' prepaid business in India.

Responsible for leading small consulting teams within American Express' corporate strategy group, working on projects for the Chairman's office and the heads of American Express business units.

Responsible for designing systems and policies for FINCA's network of microfinance institutions, leveraging experience working in Azerbaijan and Afghanistan to share the best systems from different programs and improve commnuication between the field and headquarters.

Responsible for the founding of FINCA's microfinance institution in Afghanistan. Applied for a government license, raised funds from the World Bank and other donors, founded and equipped offices and hired the first staff while designing loans in compliance with local, Islamic law.

Responsible to the Azerbaijan Country Director for the 8 offices of the microfinance program's operations in southern Azerbaijan, including sales, product design, finance, administration, legal, and government relations
