Working with Jon through the project was both a pleasure and rewarding; he has the rare ability to remain warm and affable while maintaining authority and ownership to deliver his company's goals. The project was conducted with an openness and professionalism you don't always see in RFP processes. This resulted in a project delivered on time and in budget for Arvato and a great relationship built between companies and individually."
