Lead electrical engineer, with strong project management skills, specialised in power systems with over 20+ years of professional experience working in different countries and industry roles throughout his career: project manager, bid manager, technical reviewer, engineering design & master planning, construction supervision, protection & control application engineer and commissioning.Across his professional career his strong technical experience is focus within the electricity transmission & distribution sector including all related MV/HV Network Infrastructure from 11kV up to 400kV level and new distributed generation technologies coming mainstream such as Solar PV, wind and energy storage from a power system and master planning perspective. Throughout different roles he has developed strong skills in inter-related capabilities such as project management, cost control, project profit/loss account management, business development, bid manager, contract review, bid / technical proposals, etc.He is very excited to be part and work on the major challenges that our power systems across the globe will be facing on the next decades, an era that is more commonly referred as the World Energy Transition: decarbonisation of the transport sector (EV), Electrification of Everything with strong focus on the digitalisation of our economies (industrial data centres, blockchain, cloud computing, big data, AI) and the decentralisation of the power generation with distributed technologies such as solar PV, wind, energy storage and much more.
