Project Managers play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects. They are accountable for the entire project scope, budget, timeline, the project team, and the overall success or failure of the project.

The Web Manager is responsible for the approval and publishing of new web content on ibm.com. A person in this role is additionally accountable for maintaining a consistent and coherent web presence for a local market or a segment of the IBM web presence, including maintaining an up-to-date site map, sunset and redirection of pages, elimination of broken links, and analytics tagging and tracking hygiene. A person in this role is the primary point of contact for fixing any web errors and for addressing any web performance, platform or compliance issues for the local market or web segment. To successfully perform this role, a person must have the following skills and knowledge of the following platforms: web information architecture, SEO (BrightEdge), digital analytics (Coremetrics, Pearl, Sunrise, Hotjar), Drupal approver role and Drupal platform, IBM web design and technical standards.
