Hospitality Leadership:6-month recap- I have helped create our in-room dining Mobile app curating the menu and launching the experience for our guests. Our honor bar system is functioning better than it has ever and I am currently looking into creating a more local driven experience for this. I am looking into the future and preparing myself with the knowledge it will take to succeed in growing through Food and Beverage with my brand. Hospitality:I have learned how to find those special moments for guests and how to help create life long memories that will keep my property always in there mind. I have taken ownership of my department even when things were looking thin due to the low influx of new hires. I am learning all there is to career development in my company and learning where I can fit in. I always bring new ideas where I can and I do not shy from changing things to better the experience of our guests.Retail over view: I worked a total of 13 years in retail learning and growing my abilities to lead and properly handle interactions with all manners of people. I learned a lot about Healthcare and how to defuse situations. I became a reference book for everything I learned. I found solutions in the desperate times of the early stages of the Covid pandemic. I also progressively sought new solutions to problems in my work environment. I took pride in helping other stores when they were in need even staying overnights to deep clean and refresh another stores cooler. I kept a great relationship with my staff, to where they knew they could talk with me over anything.
