My company, Seax Security Ltd, draws on my 30 years of police experience and the continuous enabling of client needs within the commercial sector. I have a depth of knowledge and experience centred around senior management roles for critical incidents and specialist commands.During my police service I was the UK Eastern Region lead for the Counter Terrorism Security Coordinator discipline delivering security plans for high risk events, including Royal Visits, large public military events, air shows and the Tour of Britain.In addition to this I was the UK Police Eastern Region lead for Behavioural Detection. Extensive experience as a Specialist, high threat, Silver Commander has given me a comprehensive skill set in respect of the command and planning of critical and complex situations - for example the evacuation of the east of England coastal areas during times of flooding, large iconic music festivals, elements of the Olympic Torch relay, football matches and aircraft highjacking situations. My appreciation of and ability to apply this experience to an operational or strategic landscape is both contemporary and forward looking - enabling delivery of outstanding economies of scale and the simultaneous delivery of high end corporate choices.
