Produced various Land Development projects while coordinating with a design team. Prepared paving and grading plans in ordinance with all applicable design standards. Designed drainage systems by quantifying the amount of exfiltration trench, drainage wells, and/or dry retention areas needed to store, and treat runoff on site affected by a multitude of parameters. Designed underground utilities such as water main extensions, sewer main extensions, while considering water demand of the site, along with sewer laterals and other underground systems that service the site, all while avoiding conflicts caused by existing utilities. Conducted plan review to further develop our drawings for submittals to multiple agencies, clients, and design team. Executing quantity take-offs and cost estimates, as well as applicable permitting requirements for the project.

Served as Engineering Intern, assisting with plans production and quantity takeoff. Plans production consisted of roadway, signal and lighting plan view labeling, utility adjustment sheet labeling and cross section labeling. Other responsibilities included updating utility line locations in cross section, numbering light pole and updating pole legend data sheet. Performed quantity take off for guardrail, asphalt pavement, stabilization, miscellaneous asphalt, and fence. Updated cost estimates based on quantity take offs and researched pay item unit prices.

Served as Survey Intern, assisting with Map of Survey drafting. Most of the assignments consisted of Design Surveys, Boundary Surveys, As-Built Survey and Pre-Field Work preparation.
