Supervise all daily activities of the Service Desk at FOB Fenty. Monitor PM compliance / response compliance for 17 FOB’s, and provide assistance as necessary. Compile reports to monitor PM’s and routes to ensure PM’s are being conducted on all facilities and assets. Make adjustments in MAXIMO as needed in case of projects closeout or changes on the density list or MSOW. Provide training and oversight to all personnel in difficult or complex situations and in case of policy or procedural change. Oversee the closeout process of P1 tickets.Track New Work and LOTD’s and keep management informed of their progress. Verify the accuracy of data being entered into Maximo and ensure all work being performed is properly classified and correct. Upload and decommission PM assets, and add new locations for 17 sites. Monitor ORR and keep site management informed of any potential issues.

Was responsible for printing out daily PM’s and opening / closing work orders and projects. Monitored work order compliance. Ensured that work orders had the proper work type and priority, and performed other duties assigned by the work control supervisor. Covered the service desk with minimal supervision for individuals on the outlying FOB’s. Coordinated all work order compliance and work activity with site management and all Fluor organizations. Provided online support to outlying forward operating bases throughout the Bastogne AO. Updated trades and the work control supervisor about compliancy issues. Monitored all work orders to ensure all data was entered correctly. Assisted personnel in the AO with any questions or concerns concerning work controls issues. Performed supervisory duties while the work control supervisor was on rest and recuperation.

Performed service desk functions to 15 outlying FOB’s who did not have a permanent service desk. Filed paperwork, updated daily SITREP, maintained Construction Tracker spreadsheet, and entered project, FSO’s, PM’s and other documents into STEAM/MAXIMO. Maintained and tracked information in STEAM/MAXIMO database. Compiled daily, weekly and monthly reports that provided solutions for site and regional management. Maintained a daily Open SOR report for site management and supervisors. Provided situational updates to site management with regards to open tickets that were about to go out of compliance. Provided grounding and bonding updates to regional and site management.

Was responsible for unloading merchandise, stocking the merchandise, and maintaining a current inventory count. Answered customers' questions about merchandise and advised customers on merchandise selection. Examined merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished. Utilized company equipment to input data and maintain inventory counts. Stocked shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise. Received, opened, and unpacked new merchandise. Compared merchandise invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments were correct. Cleaned display cases, shelves, and aisles as needed. Attached and changed price tags on merchandise in accordance with the price list. Designed and set up advertising signs and displays of merchandise on shelves, counters, and tables to attract customers and promote sales.
