At Lincoln Electric I have continued to working to develop additive manufacturing systems, bringing the same capabilities to larger systems (including multi-robot) and featuring other welding processes.

During my time as a project engineer I developed, improved, maintained, and repaired 3D printing robotic GMAW DED systems including the areas of mechanical design, mechanical installation, software development, electrical installation, and general maintenance. Before working on 3D printing and (during a 8-10 month break from it) I installed, repaired, programmed, developed, and redesigned more traditional custom robotic welding systems.The first phase of 3D printing development project which took place at Oak Ridge National Lab, ended in successfully printing a mini excavator stick and then demoing it at CON/AG 2017 Expo. The success of this project has prompted Lincoln Electric (Wolf's parent company) to spin of a new additive manufacturing division, Additive Solutions.

Worked in a variety of rolls including robotic welding system assembly, weld cycle time estimation, small component design, mechanical print drafting, developing robotic system concepts, and large scale robotic plastic 3D printing.
