My name is Jonathan (Jon) Hack, a pastel-color thinker with a passion for philosophy and hearing someone say "huh, I've never thought about it like that before." I am a courageous decision maker with an eagerness to learn and develop ideas that facilitate authentic discussion and introspection for those around me. I am a student, mentor, motivator, and leader.I am currently with Ernst & Young in their People Advisory Services practice in New York City. My current specialization lies in the Change Management space, empowering my client organizations to understand and own digital products to move toward future ways of working. Having worked on a variety of engagements with a wide portfolio of clients, I am constantly applying my skills in storytelling, public speaking and problem solving to marry them with my interpersonal and project management talents to deliver strong results to my teams and clients. I am also a member of the leadership team for EY's Unity LGBTQIA+ professional network for the NY tri-state area, coordinating and facilitating events to foster connection, inclusion and belonging in and outside of the firm.My ultimate goal lies in applying my knowledge gained throughout my work experiences, personal research and created content combined with my unique perspective to tackle new projects and opportunities across the country. My desire to find new challenges, opportunities and innovations serves as my primary motivation toward improving and leaving a positive impact wherever I go throughout my career in Business.
