Primary interface with market competitors for supply opportunities/needs on liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon. Coordinate national account level opportunities for both the bulk and packaged gas business units

Responsible for the management and approval of customer contracts, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and business profitability. Manage a team of contract administrators to ensure contracts are properly processed and managed throughout their lifecycle. Lead pricing initiatives throughout the company to maximize profitability while adhering to customer specific contractual requirements. Perform various analyses on business segments to monitor trends in revenue and profitability.

Perform profitability analysis on new business opportunities and support the sales force nationwide in large scale opportunities. Also responsible for market analyses and coordinating changes in market pricing company wide to ensure profitable growth. Implemented and configured a contract life-cycle management software system to ensure proper adherence to contractual requirements as well as provide management with valuable insights into changing trends in the commercial aspects of these contracts.

Complete responsibility for bulk gases in the Houston market, as well as the Beaumont, Port Arthur, and Lake Charles markets. Negotiated multi-year contracts with large corporations, managed installation and upgrade projects, resolved customer complaints, and implemented pricing actions to ensure profitability of all accounts in an environment with rapidly escalating costs.

Cross-functionally led 8-person team documenting, preparing and executing test events for four (4) projects. Cross-functionally led work between technical engineers designing the system, requirements development organization, and testing agencies responsible for ensuring quality.-Certified Level 1 in “Program Management” and “Testing and Evaluation” by Department of the Navy.

Led 10-person team operating/maintaining communication and electronic support measure equipment worth over $20 million aboard $2 billion ballistic missile submarine. Managed a program ensuring security of assets vital to national security during surfaced and in-port periods.-Noted by commander as “#1 lieutenant junior grade officer” out of eight (8) onboard submarine.-Certified by USN as Nuclear Engineer Officer

Led 8-person team operating/maintaining reactor controls equipment worth $30 million for nuclear propulsion plant aboard $2 billion ballistic missile submarine. Planned/coordinated testing and repair of critical reactor plant equipment during two (2) submarine refits with 200,000+ work-hours of maintenance. Planned, managed, and coordinated maintenance for all submarine systems related to ship’s safety.-Developed robust audit and surveillance program to ensure maintenance and associated documentation completed in adherence to strict regulations; ensured critical systems remained certified for safe operations.
